The link will allow you to access our onlineportal. One on the portal, select the desired date rage for appointment, along with the type of appointment, and your preferred provider (***please select ‘new patient’ if you were seen prior to 01/2023 as we have updated our electronic medical record)

After selecting you prefereces, click on the “Search” button. This will generate list of available appointments based on your chosen criteria, displayed under specific providers

This is the most important step! after you select the appointment, the system will prompt you to reister for an acount. Ths registration will enable you to log in to view your prescription, exam information, and to make changes to youroappointment online
